Further Booking Information:

• Rates are charged in EURO per day and per apartment/holiday home. 

• Local tax is charged separately: EUR 2.70/day per person (as of the age of 17)
• Final cleaning: One-time final cleaning cost is charged separately. Apartments Holiday Home Melita EUR 100 /Holiday Home Feistritz EUR 150
• Payment: Please pay upon arrival in cash, or transfer the payment via bank transfer to be received before your arrival.
• Children: free of charge under the age of 3
• Arrival & departure: Arrival from 3 pm | Departure until 10 am
• Pets: At the Holiday Home MELITA we are happy to accommodate your pets. Up to 1 pet is allowed per apartment.                        Price per pet and day EUR 15. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Holiday Home Feistritz.
• Children's amenities: baby and children's amenities available such as travel cots free of charge
• Parking: free parking for guests directly at the holiday homes
• Smoking: All apartments and the holiday home are non-smoking areas. Cigarettes can be smoked while enjoying the beautiful views on the terrace in the fresh air.

Bakery service:

Our holiday homes are self-catering accommodations. We offer all our guest a bread-roll service from our local baker, from the Franz Heimburger bakery. Upon request, fresh bread-rolls and pastries can be delivered to your doorstep. This bakery is renowned for only using organic ingredients sourced locally based on traditional recipes and methods and refraining from using any additives. Telephone number: +43 4235 2527.

Travel insurance:

For extra security for all unforeseen circumstances, we recommend travel cancellation insurance. This insurance gives peace of mind in case of cancellation or early departure during your holiday.

Cancellation:

According to § 5.5 of the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry, a holiday can be cancelled up to 3 months before arrival without any cancellation fees. Beyond this 3-month cancellation period outlined in § 5.5 the cancellation entails the following cancellation fees:

• 3 months up to 1 month before arrival: cancellation fee of 50 % of the total booking fee applies
• up to 2 weeks before arrival: cancellation fee of 80 % of the total booking fee applies
• during last week before arrival: cancellation fee of 100 % of the total booking fee applies
• early departure or late arrival: cancellation fee of 100 % of the total booking fee applies
